I asked seller if they could package my electronic item well because the post office they said “not their issue” Then went missing for a week. Then when contacting seller they blew me off told me to deal with eBay. Right after that the day it was going to be closed in my favor a order arrived but it was not even what I ordered this is a literal joke. It’s a smashed up piece of cardboard. They flat out scammed me out of a hundred dollars and I trusted them because they had a high rating.
